Overseas Telecommunications Commission

The Overseas Telecommunications Commission (OTC) was established in August of 1946. It was responsible for foreign telecommunications services in Australia. On 1 February 1992 it was merged with the Australian Telecommunications Corporation to create the Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation.
