Part of the Overberg DM is a District Management Area (DMA), municipality code WCDMA03, which has no local municipality. As of 2001, the DMA has a population of 256.

As of the census of 2001, there are 256 people and 37 households residing in the District Management Area. The population density is 0.42/km². The density of households is .06/km². The racial makeup of the municipality is Black African 3.5%, Coloured 55.5%, Indian/Asian 0.0%, and White 41.0%.
