Outdoor vending

Outdoor Vending (ODV) manages and maintains the outdoor foods facilities (popcorn carts, churro wagons, pretzel wagons, lemonade stands, cotton candy carts, glow carts, etc.) within Disneyland Park.
Outdoor Ventures (DCA ODV) manages and maintains the outdoor foods facilities within Disney's California Adventure park.
The two departments operate independent of each other while sharing the same body of Cast Members (known as a "scheduling group.") Daily operations are almost completely separated while maintenance and refurbishments are not. Until the most recent contract came into effect, the two departments operated completely independent of each other in every way. Collectively, the two departments are referred to as Disneyland Resort Outdoor Vending or simply "ODV."
Outdoor Vending was officially established as a department in 1985. It employs roughly 500 Cast Members in a variety of roles. Outdoor Vending roles include:
Cashier - A Cast Member who operates a wagon, cart, or stand, participates in Guest interaction, light food preparation, and completes cash transactions.
Stocker/Steward/Tugger - A Cast Member who has job knowledge in at least one of the three roles within this classification. Put simply, a Stocker transports stock and inventory from a backstage location to a wagon, cart, or stand and reports to an Internal Receiver Lead. A Steward is responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation, show-readiness, and light maintenance of Outdoor Vending's facilities and locations and reports to the Steward Lead. A Tugger is responsible for transporting the actual cart or wagon via tractor mule and trailer to and from the Outdoor Vending Complex (directly behind the Haunted Mansion on the park's West Side) and reports to the Westside Internal Receiver Lead.
Receiver (Internal) - An Internal Receiver controls the inventory and stock within the department. Internal Receivers are staffed at various locations throughout the main complex and satellite locations. Within the complex, a Receiver will staff the inside Yellow Room (popcorn scoops and buckets, lemonade and chiller product as well as baked goods, churro sugar, popcorn seed and oil), outside Yellow Room (cotton candy, churros and pretzels), Ice Cream, Beverage, Glow, Hot Foods (hot foods preparation), Space Place (balloon production), and Verifier. Internal Receivers report to their respective Internal Receiver Lead.
Receiver (External) - An External Receiver is responsible for ordering, shipping, receiving, and stocking the actual infrastructure with the help of a Receiver Assistant.
Back-of-House Lead - oversees backstage operations, creates and modifies relief assignments, checks-in and out Cast Members and assigns them to their daily role.
Front-of-House Lead - oversees onstage operations, monitors location inventory levels and orders replacement stock when needed. Responds to Guest issues as needed and assists Guest Control during parades, fireworks, and Fantasmic!
Temporary Salaried Assistant (TSA) - A temporary management role which usually becomes permanent.
Guest Service Manager (GSM) - Oversees all hourly Cast Members and the daily operations of the department. Guest Service Managers also oversee a specific program within the department as well as respond to Guest and Cast Member issues. There are two groups of Guest Service Managers, Front-of-House and Back-of-House.
Back-of-House Manager - responsible for operations of the entire Back-of-House operation.
Front-of-House Manager - responsible for operations of the entire Front-of-House operation.
Operations Manager - oversees the entire department.
