This article should not be deleted because Our Lady of Fatima Elementary School is not a public school thus not affiliated with a school district.

Well, school district is probably the wrong term, but "The school is one of forty elementary schools that form the Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese (CISVA). " (from the school website). Either an article about the school organization, or a mention of the school in the Coquitlam article, is preferable to a separate artciel about this non notable school which lacks independent verifiable sources showing its notability. If the Coquitlam article becomes too long, a separate article "Education in Coquitlam" may be an intermediate solution. Please see WP:LOCAL for a proposed guideline on this.
