OurPrisoner
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
OurPrisoner is an Internet reality television show featuring 35-year-old man Kieran Vogel, who is to live on camera for 24-hours a day, seven-days-a-week, for six-months in a single-family New Jersey house, that began on June 14, 2006. All of his actions will be controlled by the public, which include what he eats, wears, what he does, and who sees him. If he succeeds, he earns $500,000 worth of prizes; if he fails, he leaves with nothing.
According to the press release "Through an interactive media platform viewers will vote to determine what Kieran Vogel wears, what he eats, whom he dates, to whom he talks, what music he listens to, and much, much more. He will also react to viewer calls and emails. Kieran, who suffers from mental illness, waived his rights to privacy and doctor-patient privilege to allow viewers to see his twice-a-week therapy sessions."
The series is the first program by BigString Interactive. BigString's CEO Darin Myman is creator of the show.
