Oud-Loosdrecht

The town centre (darkgreen) and the statistical district (lightgreen) of Oud-Loosdrecht in the municipality of Wijdemeren.

Oud-Loosdrecht (52°12′N 5°5′E) is a town in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Wijdemeren, and lies about 6 km west of Hilversum.

In 2001, the town of Oud-Loosdrecht had 471 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.08 km2, and contained 193 residences.[1] The statistical district "Oud-Loosdrecht", which covers the village and the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 1770.[2]
