Otzberg consists of seven villages: Habitzheim, Hering, Lengfeld with Zipfen, Nieder-Klingen, Ober-Klingen and Ober-Nauses with Schloss-Nauses.

A showplace in Otzberg is the Veste Otzberg. There is an old castle, it was first mentioned at 1231.
