Oswald Cawley

Captain Oswald Cawley (7 October 1882 – 22 August 1918) was a British politician.
The fourth son of the 1st Baron Cawley and Elizabeth Smith was educated in New College, Oxford, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Cawley served in the Shropshire Yeomanry, reaching the rank of Captain. He fought in the First World War, where he was killed in action. Shortly before his death in 1918, Cawley was Member of Parliament (MP) for Prestwich.
