Osteria del Circo

Osteria del Circo is a circus themed restaurant in Manhattan and Las Vegas (at the Bellagio) owned and operated by Sirio Maccioni and his family. They opened the restaurant after the first incarnation of Le Cirque closed.

They serve Northern Italian style dishes. Recommended dishes include "Mediterranean Sea Bass Baked in a Salt Crust with Grilled Vegetables" and "Roasted Rack of Lamb Glazed With Honey and Lavander with Crushed Potato and Peperonata". Not to be missed the "bomboloncini" in the special plate. [1]
