Ospedaletti is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Imperia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 120 km southwest of Genoa and about 25 km southwest of Imperia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,500 and an area of 5.2 km².^[1]

The municipality of Ospedaletti contains the frazione (subdivision) Porrine.

Ospedaletti borders the following municipalities: Bordighera, Sanremo, Seborga, and Vallebona.
