Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt (Osler for short) is a full service Canadian corporate law firm. With over 400 lawyers, it is one of the country's largest and is known as one of the seven sisters. In addition to its headquarters in Toronto, it also has offices in Montréal, Ottawa, Calgary, and New York.

The firm provides a broad range of legal services to Canadian and multinational corporations. Its strength lies primarily in the area of business law, and is widely recognized for its work in mergers and acquisitions, tax, competition and anti-trust, and pensions. Osler also has a solid reputation for its other corporate practice areas and its litigation practice (especially class action defence).

The firm was founded in 1862 by Britton Bath Osler, John Hoskin, and several others. Frederick Harcourt became a member of the firm in 1902.
