The Osean ships in AC5 and Zero are definitely these:

Nimitz Class CVN (Kestrel, Barbett, Vulture, Buzzard)

Ticonderoga Class CG (Cruiser, mission 3 (AC5))

Hatakaze Class DDG (Called Cruiser in the game, missions 27 (AC5); Costner (Zero))

Cassard Class FFG (Called a Destroyer in the game, missions 3, 5, 27 (AC5); Costner (Zero))

Oliver Hazard Perry Class FFG (Mission 27 (AC5))

Coronado Class LCC (Closest match to the Andromeda)

And the vehicles are:

M1 (Several missions, AC5)

M113 (Beach landing mission)

LCAC (Beach landing mission)
