Oscar B. Jackson Jr.

Oscar B. Jackson Jr. is an American politician from the the US state of Oklahoma.

Appointed by Governor of Oklahoma Brad Henry in 2003, Jackson is the current Secretary of Human Resources and Administration. Secretary Jackson is serving his fourth as Secretary, originally appointed by Governor David Walters in 1991. Governor Frank Keating retained Jackson during both of his term as Governor, reappointing him in 1994 and 1998. As the Secretary, Jackson is charged with providing comprehensive human resource services to all state agencies and employees, such as overseeing employee benefits and employment securities. Concurrently, Secretary Jackson is the Administrator of the Office of Personnel Management.
