Osamu Higashio (東尾修 higashio osamu?) (b. Wakayama May 18, 1950) was a Japanese baseball player who played for the Nishitetsu Lions (1969-1972), Taiheiyo Club Lions (1973-1976), Crown Lighter Lions (1977-1978), Seibu Lions (1979-1988), and manager of Seibu Lions (1996-2002). He made his baseball debut on April 13, 1969. He attended Minoshima High School.
