Ortovero is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Savona in the Italian region Liguria, located about 80 km southwest of Genoa and about 40 km southwest of Savona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,231 and an area of 9.8 km2.[1]
The municipality of Ortovero contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Campi and Pogli.
Ortovero borders the following municipalities: Albenga, Arnasco, Casanova Lerrone, Onzo, Vendone, and Villanova d'Albenga.
