Orgosolo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 110 km north of Cagliari and about 13 km south of Nuoro. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,510 and an area of 223.5 km2.[1]
Orgosolo borders the following municipalities: Dorgali, Fonni, Mamoiada, Nuoro, Oliena, Talana, Urzulei, Villagrande Strisaili.
