Orestes Destrade

Orestes Destrade Cuevas (Born May 8, 1962) is a retired Cuban Major League Baseball infielder. He played four seasons (1987, 1988, 1993 and 1994) for three teams including two seasons for the Florida Marlins. He also played 5 seasons (1989, 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1995) for the Seibu Lions of the Japanese Pacific League.
Destrade currently appears on ESPN's Baseball Tonight and provided color commentary for the 2006 World Baseball Classic. He is also co-host of XM Radio's Baseball This Morning show on MLB Home Plate radio along with Buck Martinez and Mark Patrick.
Orestes is a father of three children...Danielle, Devin and Armando.
