"Ordinary People" is a grammy-nominated single, which was released by John Legend in 2005. The only instrument used in the song is the piano, which is played by Legend himself. The song's lyrics talk about how people make mistakes and that fighting is a regular obstacle in all relationships.
The song's music video features Legend playing the piano with an all white background and people acting out arguments between couples in front of the piano. Later in the video an orchestra appears behind Legend and the orchestra and a harmonica accompany him for the last minute of the song
It has also been featured in Now That's What I Call Music 19! album in 2005.
