Orange Township is located in southern Delaware County, Ohio. It was established in 1816. It is bordered by Columbus, Westerville, and Sharon Township to the south, Liberty Township to the west, Berlin Township to the north, and Genoa Township to the east. It is a rapidly growing area, served entirely by the Olentangy School District. An abudance of shopping is located in the Polaris area and US 23 corridor. The population was 12,464 in 2000, and estimated to be 18,165 in 2005.
