Oral Fixation (Fijación Oral) World Tour 2006 is a concert tour which began in June 2006 in support of Shakira's 2005 Fijación Oral Vol. 1 and Oral Fixation Vol. 2 albums. On this tour, Shakira performs some hits from her new albums, as well as from her old ones.

The tour began on June 14, in Zaragoza, Spain moving through an additional 10 cities in Spain, as well as stops in Croatia, Romania, Greece and Russia.

The North American leg of the tour commenced August 9 at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas and moved across the United States, with a stop in Toronto, Canada.

On September 30, the tour began its Latin American leg in Mexico City, with 8 concerts at the Palacio de los Deportes, and will sweep through Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Puerto Rico and will finish in Santo Domingo.

The plans to extend the tour for European leg in 2007 are almost accomplished. It begins in Germany, where Shakira will peform in nine cities, including Berlin, and tickets will be available late in October [1]. After her concerts in Germany, Shakira will visit Hungary, Austria and France.

Shakira and her tour will probably visit other major European countries, such as the U.K. and Italy; however the dates are yet to be announced.

It was annouced on Shakira's December 7th concert, that a DVD from the concert will be released mid-2007. She said that "there was no better place to end the North American tour than in Miami so that is why she choose it as the place of shooting". The name of the DVD will be Shakira Oral Fixation Tour: Live from Miami. It should also be mention that Alejandro Sanz appeared on stage to sing along with her in her # 1 hit "La Tortura".
