My name is Richard, which a friend of mine decided to shorten to Ric, which is what I now go by. (Don't add a k, it's pointless.) I'm a pianist/singer/composer/lyricist, so I guess if you really wanted to, you could call me a singer-songwriter, which is a term I don't particularly care for, though I can't say quite why. I'm generally a tolerant and friendly person.

My religious beliefs are very eclectic. I draw mostly from Gnosticism, Paganism/Wicca and Maltheism. I usually describe myself as a Gnostic-Pagan. I have strong dislike for the Bible, Patriarchal Religions, and a number of other things I can't immediately recall. This does not stop me from believing in freedom of religion, however. It certainly is not my right to tell anyone what they can or can't believe, however, I would prefer if one has beliefs that are in strong opposition to my own that they share them with someone other than myself. This goes for religious beliefs as well as political and other beliefs.

Here are some things I do and don't support. I'm not going into detail about why, at least not for the moment, but feel free to ask.
