Operation Barclay

Operation Barclay was an Allied deception plan in support of the invasion of Sicily during World War II.

This operation kept the Axis guessing as to the location of the Allied jump across the Mediterranean by use of bogus troop movements, radio traffic and other methods, including Operation Mincemeat.
