Open Space Project is an instrumental, improvisational jam rock group based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Members currently include:

Open Space Project is a five-piece band that lays down high energy rock, jazz, and funk-oriented grooves. Playing mostly instrumental music, Open Space Project explores a vast array of styles and soundscapes in an original mixture of their own design. OSP's philosophy is to take a high-energy, dynamic approach to music that facilitates collective creativity, freedom of expression, and a soulful interaction with our audience. The band was formed in 2004 with past members of Grasshoppers and Big Loco, spanning many years of musical experience. They are also known to welcome many of the bay area's best musicians to sit in on their groundbreaking performances. Setlists of OSP shows can be found at www.setlist.com.
