OpenSER

OpenSER is a robust and flexible SIP (RFC3261) Server implementation. It was started from SIP Express Router (SER) 0.9.3 by the two core developers and one main contributor of SER. The project focused on community collaboration, gathering more than 60 contributors in just one year, being more open to new features and promoting a clear roadmap and release policy.

It introduced a set of new features for Open Source SIP Server implementations, like support for TLS and NAPTR. Among many features, it powers a SIP Server with IPv4/IPv6, UDP/TCP/TLS, ENUM, AAA with RADIUS and database (natively MySQL and Postgres and other DB types via unixodbc engine), load balancing, least cost routing, Call Processing Language (CPL), NAT traversal.

The project is managed by a board of seven people from different countries, ensuring the project's independence and a fair environment for all contributors.
