The music video for "Only This Moment" is closely based on the events of May 1968. The video contains riots, banners and elements of propaganda. The film clip was released on June 19, 2005 a week prior to the single release.

The single was released on June 27, 2005 elsewhere and reaching #33 on the UK Singles Chart. The single was featured on the 2006 film Just My Luck starring Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine. The song can be heard on the dancefloor when Lindsay and Chris share a kiss.
