Online media center
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
An online media center is a software service that helps consumers conveniently manage their entire media collection in one central location online. It is typically a web-based application with network attached storage. It gives users a private and secure online account, where they can easily store, organize, access, and share their collection of media files. Most online media centers have some component of web-based email sharing as well as tools for manipulating digital photos, digital videos, and digital music files. They most often work in conjunction with standard media center software to provide an even richer set of services for digital media enthusiasts.
