Oneglia was a town on the Ligurian seaside (northern Italy) that together with Porto Maurizio formed the city of Imperia.
Oneglia was important for oil agriculture and other factories. It was part of the feuds of Doria Family (a noble family of the Republic of Genoa) and later of the domains of House of Savoy until the unification of Italy.
