Ondřej Sosenka

Ondřej Sosenka (born on December 9, 1975) is a Czech professional cyclist, the rider of Italian team Acqua & Sapone-Caffè Mokambo. He won the Peace Race in 2002 and broke the UCI hour record on July 19, 2005 in Moscow, Russia, riding 49.7 km (approximately 33.88 miles) in 60 minutes.

Sosenka is known as one of the largest professional cyclists currently competing in Europe. Standing 200 cm tall, he weighs 83 to 90 kilograms and rides a track bicycle with 190 mm cranks. For his 2005 hour record attempt, he used a custom carbon fiber bicycle manufactured by Francesco Moser cycles.
