Yes, this was my mistake, which is why the message has now been removed, The reason it looked like the same user to me was because it was the exact same vandalism. This was my mistake and I apologise for it. The reason I did not look more closely at this was because at the time, I was trying to write a 6-10 page essay on the way hydroelectic power stations affect the environment, and the vandalism was constantly interrupting my train of thought. --Omega Archdoom
