Smile attack

There are uses for tables of images inside frames, but the css doesn't work with them, since it puts a border around every image instead of around the table as a whole. {{Float begin}} handles this in a kludgy way, but better ones would be nice. One possible solution is to add:

        border: 0;
}

div.thumb div table {
        border: 1px solid #ccc;
}

{{frame}} can be replaced completely with {{Border}} and used for these Special:Whatlinkshere/Template:Frame
