I am a highschool student who enjoys writing, reading, and of course, video games. I hope to one day be a novelist in the fantasy genre (I'm already halfway through my first book). For those interested in writing professionally I recommend doing it all on the computer and saving it to a portable USB drive. It sometimes helps to listen to classical music while writing, find a song for different moods in your book. Try to get in touch with other authors who could give you tips, and be prepared for constructive criticism. Have close freinds and family read through your work and let them give advice, then go back and read it yourself. It sometimes takes years of revision and editing before your work could be published (This is usually for first time authors), so be patient.

As a WikiGnome I am usually too lazy to log in if I am only making minor changes. From correcting spelling to spotting an elite dual wielding swords in a concept art for Halo Wars, I usually won't take the time to log in.
