Omega Group was started by veterans of the Vietnam War who looked for brotherhood after the war. Over the last thirty years the brotherhood has expanded into a world wide network of active and retired soldiers. For its members, Omega Group provides education and training which is necessary to operate in hazardous environments. The Omega Group is represented in many areas of conflict in the world today, with security personnel working in places such as Iraq, South Africa, Latin America and Asia. Today, the Omega Group is headed by Col. Espen Lie of Omega Group Norway.
