Omari Tetradze (Russian: Омари Михайлович Тетрадзе) (born 13 October 1969) is a Russian former football player of Georgian descent.

He played for Dinamo Tbilisi, FC Dynamo Moscow, Alania Vladikavkaz, AS Roma (Italy) and PAOK Thessaloniki (Greece).

He played for Russia national football team and was a participant at the 1994 FIFA World Cup and Euro 1996.

After finishing his playing career in 2005 he became an assistant coach at Krylya Sovetov Samara.
