Oliver Waterman Larkin

Oliver Waterman Larkin (1896, Medford, Massachusetts – 1970) was an American art historian. Larkin taught at Smith College from 1924 to 1964. The work he is most known for is Art and Life in America (1949), which won him the Pulitzer Prize in history in 1950. He contributed many articles to numerous major art journals during his career.[1]
