Olive loaf is bologna embedded with black or green olives that are stuffed with pimentos. It is sliced thin and used as a luncheon meat. It usually contains garlic, basil or sweet peppers for additional flavor.

The name "olive loaf" may also refer to a type of bread laced with olives.
