Oleksandr Zinchenko (Ukrainian: Олександр Олексійович Зінченко) is a Ukrainian politician. He served as a Deputy Chairman (vice-Speaker) of the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) in mid-1990s, and as a Secretary of State (chief of President's office) for Viktor Yuschenko in 2005.

He resigned from the latter position in protest to corruption he alleged was taking place in the inner circle of President, mainly accusing Petro Poroshenko.

Oleksandr Zinchenko has a controversial life that includes Soviet Komsomol leadership, business in Russia and Ukraine, participation in the ill-famous pro-Leonid Kuchma party, survival of hard cancer illness, and finally, joining the democratic opposition.
