Ole Martin Årst (born July 19, 1974) is a Norwegian football player who currently plays for Tromsø I.L.. He got his debut for Tromsø I.L. April 22, 1995 against Hamarkameratene at Briskeby Stadion.
After the 1997 season he was sold to Anderlecht for 13 million NOK. He was then sold to Gent in Belgium and ended up as a top scorer in 2000 (30 goals). Then he again was sold to Standard Liège for 24 million NOK. He returned to Tromsø I.L. in the summer of 2003 for 5 million NOK.
Årst became the top scorer in the Norwegian Tippeligaen 2005, with 16 goals. After a hat-trick against Start on October 2, 2005 Årst is ranked as the top league scorer of all times in Tromsø I.L. with 51 goals.
He is also a Norwegian international.
