The Old Palmetto Hotel (also known as the Charlton Apartments or Regent Court Apartments) is a historic hotel in Vero Beach, Florida, United States. It is located at 1889 Old Dixie Highway. On November 13, 1991, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
