The Old Lake Worth City Hall (also known as the Lake Worth City Hall Annex or Museum of the City of Lake Worth) is a historic site in Lake Worth, Florida, United States. It is located at 414 Lake Avenue. On May 18, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
