The South Park Old House Fair is an annual community event which occurs on a Saturday in the middle of each June in the South Park neighborhood of San Diego, California, centered on the intersection of 30th Street and Beech Street. The vendors at the event are comprised primarily of local businesses which feature home furnishings and other items of interest for owners of the unique Craftsman homes in the area. Other vendors sell food and beer, and musical groups perform on a stage set up on Beech Street.
The 8th Annual Old House Fair, on June 17, 2006, featured the country music band "Bartender's Bible" and the funk band "Pocket".
