State Highway 45 (OK-45 or SH-45) is a state highway in Oklahoma. It runs 64.7 miles west-to-east through Woods, Alfalfa and Garfield counties.[1]
[edit] Route description
OK-45 begins at the US 281/OK-14 junction in Waynoka. US 281 and OK-45 share a duplex for the first 12 miles east of Waynoka, then US 281 turns to the north, leaving OK-45 to continue to the east, 12 miles to Carmen.
Two miles east of Carmen, OK-34 joins OK-8 for a three-mile duplex to the south, where OK-43 resumes its eastward travel. OK-58 joins OK-43 for a one-mile duplex just south of the town of Helena, and at Goltry, OK-45 jogs south a few miles before turning back to the east and heading for its junction with OK-132 at Carrier.
Continuing to the east, OK-45 travels eight more miles from Carrier, before reaching its terminus at US 60/64/81 at the north edge of Enid.
