State Highway 171, abbreviated as OK-171 or SH-171, is a state highway in Cimarron County, Oklahoma, in the Oklahoma Panhandle. It runs for 21½ miles[1] (34.6 km) north and south through the eastern part of the county, connecting U.S. Route 281 near the Oklahoma-Texas state line to U.S. 56 in Keyes. The only other highway it intersects with is U.S. 64/412/OK-3, three miles south of Keyes.
OK-171 has no lettered spur routes.
