State Highway 120, also abbreviated as OK-120 or SH-120, is a 2.7 mile long (4.3 km long) highway in the eastern part of the state of Oklahoma. It runs from OK-112 between Pocola and Cameron, through the town of Rock Island. From Rock Island it continues east to the Arkansas state line.
After crossing the state line, it becomes Highway 10, which runs to Little Rock.
