State Highway 108 is a minor state highway in Payne, Noble, and Pawnee Counties, in North Central Oklahoma. It runs for approximately 24 miles (39 km). OK-108 has no lettered spurs.

[edit] Southern leg
OK-108 begins approximately halfway between Perkins and Cushing at OK-33. 2 miles into its journey, the town winds through Ripley (pop. 444), after which it crosses the Cimarron River. 6 miles later, the highway runs out at OK-51, but continues along the section line as Ripley Road. OK-108 heads west on a one-mile duplex with OK-51, then continues north on Rose Road.

Approximately 0.8 miles north of OK-51, the highway crosses the original alignment of OK-51. 7 miles later, OK-108 enters Glencoe (pop. 583), and then crosses the Cimarron Turnpike on grade separation with no interchange. After the section line shift one mile north of Glencoe, the highway straddles the Noble/Pawnee County line all the way to its terminus at U.S. 64 in the unincorporated settlement of Lela.
