You cannot tag an image as {{GFDL-self}} unless you are the actual photographer who took the image. Image:HOCUTT.jpg is copyrighted by Ohio University, and can only be used on Wikipedia under fair use guidelines. I've tagged the image properly for you, but please keep this in mind for any future images you upload.
