State Route 775 is a north-south state highway in the southeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 7 in Proctorville, and its northern terminus is at State Route 141 nearly 7 miles west of Gallipolis. The route briefly duplexes with State Route 217 in the village of Scottown, and passes through Wayne National Forest.
