State Route 683 is a north-south state highway in the south-central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 93 about ½ mile north of Hamden, and its northern terminus is at U.S. Route 50 nearly 7 miles west of McArthur. The route provides a more direct connection between its end routes as well as access to Lake Rupert.
