State Route 615 is a north-south state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 306 in Kirtland, and follows a portion of Chillicothe Road until its intersection with Center Street. It then turns to the north, crosses a new interchange (opened November 24, 2003[2]) with Interstate 90 as it passes into Mentor. Continuing to the north it crosses State Route 84 and U.S. Route 20. After its interchange with State Route 2 it stays on Center Street until the intersection with Munson Road. Turning west on Munson, the route heads toward its northern terminus at State Route 283 (Lake Shore Boulevard) on the border of Mentor and Mentor-on-the-Lake.
