State Route 545 is a north-south state highway in the northern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 39 in Mansfield, and its northern terminus is at the U.S. Route 250/State Route 60 duplex in Savannah.

  • 1938 – Original route certified; originally routed from 1 mile east of Iberia to its current northern along the current State Route 288 from 1 mile east of Iberia to near Blooming Grove, along a currently unnumbered road from near Blooming Grove to Mansfield and its current alignment from Mansfield to Savannah[2].
  • 1952 – Truncated at Mansfield; 1 mile east of Iberia to near Blooming Grove certified as State Route 288, and the former alignment from near Blooming Grove to Mansfield decertified[2].
