From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
State Route 378 is a north-south state highway in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 243 about 8½ miles northwest of Proctorville, and its northern terminus is at State Route 141 nearly 13 miles northeast of Ironton. Throughout its journey, the route parallels Symmes Creek.
